Enerplus Resource Fund Corporate WAN Build Out

Comtech was responsible for a Multi Site Wide Area Network build inclusive of RF and network design, installation, commissioning, collocation negotiation and data circuit design.

Apache Canada Corp WAN Build Out

This project was a Multi Site Wide Area Network build inclusive of RF and network design, installation, commissioning and collocation negotiation. Comtech also worked with Apache Canada on their Midale CO2 Project. We were responsible for the design, installation, integration and commission of a large SCADA communications system for new plant and field CO2 expansion project.

Emerson Process Management

Comtech procured, supplied and completed a VHF SCADA radio system for Alyaska Pipeline in the Yukon. This project consisted of 117 remotes operating simplex across 17 individual repeater sites.

Encana Energy Weyburn CO2 Project

As part of our long-standing relationship with Encana, Comtech designed, installed, integrated and commissioned a large SCADA communications system for new plant and field CO2 expansion project. The system was multi interface consisting of RS-232 and Ethernet interfacing with multiple protocols.

NAL Resources Estevan Area

Comtech was responsible for upgrading an existing analog SCADA system for central Alberta pipeline to a 9600-baud digital system. We were able to bring comms up to 100% and substantially decrease overall scan time.

Dakota Gasification

We successfully designed and implemented a SCADA system to monitor and control the CO2 pipeline that feeds Encana Weyburn.

Anadarko Canada Corp

Comtech installed and commissioned a MDS iNET radio for the use of WAN intra/internet traffic while simultaneously polling for SCADA RS-232 data.

Canadian Midstream Services

We were responsible for successfully designing and implementing a multiple hop, sub rate microwave system for the purposes of WAN to remote locations.

Alberta Energy Corp.

Comtech repaired a long-term non-functional SCADA system in the Rainbow Lake region.

Anadarko Canada Corp.

This project consisted of the successful design and completion of several phases of microwave systems for ongoing field connectivity.
