The NOC performs the vital function of overseeing the health of client and corporate networks 24/7/365, it does so by encompassing all the ITIL components found within both a service center and a command centre supported by automated incident detection, which inextricably links the seamless process execution of not only incident and problem management, but also service request management and the management of ongoing change.

The Network/Project team consist of Subject Matter Expects (SME's) whom, as well as, provide that additional Incident Management Escalation Tier, also work closely with the Engineering department on project design and architecture.
